To uninstall OSSS v1.0 Beta you will need to disable "Self Protection" feature first manually. This is a known issue, and next OSSS betas will automatically disable "Self Protection" while uninstalling.
Manual steps to disable Self Protection:
Select "Protection" tab
Select "Protection Settings" sub-tab
Uncheck "[x] Self Protection" checkbox
Click "Apply" button to apply new settings
Now OSSS is ready to uninstall
If you will see error message regarding service uninstallation, just ignore it (known issue too; it will be fixed in next beta).
